About Healbright
Healbright provides executive coaching, live workshops, and mental wellness video content for business owners, leaders, and teams. The company was founded by Bill Belanger, a trained psychotherapist and executive coach. In these terms, "Healbright," "we," "us," and "our" refer to Healbright and its team.
Our Services
We offer a year-long organizational program for small businesses, one-on-one executive coaching, customized live workshops, and an on-demand wellness library. We also license our mental health video content to organizations. The scope, schedule, and deliverables of each engagement are confirmed with you before work begins.
Executive Coaching Is Not Therapy
Our coaching and programs are educational and professional development services. They are not psychotherapy, counseling, medical care, or a substitute for diagnosis or treatment by a licensed professional. Using our services does not create a therapist and patient relationship, and you should consult a qualified provider for any mental health or medical concern.
Emergencies
Healbright is not an emergency or crisis service. If you or someone else is in immediate danger or experiencing a mental health crisis, call your local emergency number or contact a crisis line right away. Do not rely on our website, videos, or messages for urgent help.
Organizational Program and Fees
Our company-wide program runs for a full 12 months. It begins with an assessment of your team and continues with monthly workshops and ongoing support shaped by what we learn. Pricing starts at $3,500 per month, and the final fee, billing schedule, and payment terms are set out in a written agreement between you and Healbright. Because lasting change takes time, we do not offer shorter terms, and the 12-month commitment applies once the agreement is signed.
Free Executive Coaching Session
We offer a limited number of free 60-minute executive coaching sessions each month to established business owners. Availability is limited, and we may decline or reschedule an application at our discretion. The free session creates no obligation for either side. If you choose to continue, we will agree on a coaching package together before any fees apply.
Insurance and Wellness Benefits
Some health insurance plans include wellness funds that may apply to employee programs. We can help you explore this option, but we do not guarantee that your plan will cover any of our services. Eligibility, limits, and approval are determined by your insurance provider and employer, and you remain responsible for fees not covered.
Wellness Library and Content Licensing
Our wellness library gives your team on-demand access to videos, guided meditations, and related resources. Access is limited to the organization and users named in your agreement, and is for internal, non-commercial use unless we agree otherwise in writing. Organizations that want to license our video content for their own audiences must sign a separate licensing agreement.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website and in our programs belongs to Healbright or its licensors. This includes videos, audio, workshop materials, text, graphics, logos, and designs. You may not copy, record, resell, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our written permission.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use our website and services lawfully and respectfully. You may not misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, share your library login with people outside your organization, or submit false or misleading information. We may suspend access if these terms are broken.
Confidentiality
We treat what you share in coaching sessions and workshops as confidential and use it only to deliver and improve your service. Coaching is not a legally privileged relationship, so confidentiality has limits. We may disclose information where required by law, to prevent serious harm to you or others, or with your permission.
No Guarantee of Results
We design our services to support better communication, resilience, and performance, but outcomes depend on many factors, including your own participation and circumstances. We do not promise any specific business, financial, or personal result. Statements on our website about our approach or experience are not guarantees.
