Train the Mind

Uncover Inner Patterns

Develop Insight

Leadership becomes easier when the mind is steady, inner patterns are understood, and decisions arise from clear insight.

"Bill has become an indispensable ally in my growth as a leader, thinker, and small business owner. He walks that careful balance of expert listener and sage advice-giver. I have grown by leaps and bounds in my ability to address known and unknown developmental roadblocks because of him. But I am perhaps most grateful for his ability to navigate, bridge, and make sense of the interplay between the personal and professional forces affecting us all."

"Started working with Bill after he found me on LinkedIn. Normally I would ignore a cold outreach, but I was impressed with what Bill had to say. I gained quite a bit of valuable knowledge and insight. We still work together periodically. I highly recommend him for anyone considering hiring an executive coach. He is highly effective."

About Bill

Bill Belanger is the founder and CEO of Healbright and an executive coach. He was trained as a psychotherapist and has helped develop corporate training programs on topics such as peak performance, workplace communication, mindfulness, and resilience, as well as challenges like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. That experience gives him a real-world perspective on what it takes to start and run a business and helps him translate psychological and meditation training into practical tools for business owners.

Uncover What’s Really in the Way: Limited 60-Minute Executive Coaching Session

Frequently Asked Questions

Is this really free? What is the catch?
Completely free. Bill keeps a limited number of
sessions open each month because it is the most direct way to find out if there is a
genuine fit for working together. And because he believes the right way to start any
coaching relationship is by delivering something real from the very first conversation,
not after you have already committed to anything.
Is this executive coaching or therapy?
This is executive coaching, not therapy. Bill's
background in counseling psychology means he can see patterns and blind spots that
surface-level coaching tends to miss. But the focus here is entirely on your leadership
and your results. Think of it the way elite athletes work with performance coaches:
sharpen the mental game so the external game gets easier.
What is the time commitment?
The session is 60 minutes. If you decide to explore
ongoing coaching, Bill will walk you through what that looks like. There is no assumed
commitment from a single session.
What does it cost?
The session is completely free. Ongoing coaching is custom-scoped
based on your goals. The session is a good opportunity to figure out whether that
investment makes sense for you.
