Healthy Food, Healthy Mood
How dietary changes can reduce anxiety, depression, and difficult emotions

Our diet is one of the biggest contributors to our emotional wellness. Despite this, many conventional approaches to treating anxiety, depression, stress, and difficult emotions neglect to address diet.

In this course, Dr. Cheri King teaches how diet affects moods, and how your mood can impact your diet. Dr. King will teach you what foods can increase anxiety and depression, and how you can make changes to greatly impact your overall mental health.
